What does a fast-passenger mean in the express industry?

Recently, many people sent cigarettes, white wine, and found that the courier company had to keep it strictly closed, not to send it in the hope of sending it. This is because the State has further controlled the delivery standards for these courier products.

Since March last year, a system of physical delivery, pre-checking and sealing of boxes, and the mandatory adoption of a express security checker has been in place. However, a recent media survey found that these provisions were not implemented at 100 per cent and that only a few powerful courier companies were insisting. In the absence of these express courier screening machines, how can we guarantee that prohibited goods are not mailed and that the courier company does not accept prohibited goods? Many reasons have made inspection difficult, and the express security machine has been a good remedy for these deficiencies.
This phenomenon is due to a number of factors. From the perspective of couriers, inspection of the goods is time-consuming and delays the delivery process, affecting the billing income; From the customer’s point of view, they fear that the inspection of the items will reveal privacy or that the courier will damage the items. Moreover, domestic express deliveries are mostly subject to a licensing system, self-accounting and self-financing. Headquarters controls are also difficult to implement, and the first-line inspection system is even more difficult to implement.

The new prohibition on couriers requires a security check mechanism to compensate for this. In other words, besides being a real name, the security system should be the standard for the express delivery industry; (b) Curb the crime of couriers at their source and ensure the safe delivery of goods. At the same time, it is urgent to strengthen security measures and to use technical means to inspect cargo. Currently, several large domestic express couriers use express security machines to check mail, and all incoming mail is checked through security machines. This advanced means is more reliable than manual check-ups by couriers and should be replicated throughout the country.
Thus, the new prohibition on couriers still needs to be filled by the security mechanism. In other words, both the name system and the security system should be the standards of the express delivery industry, containing violations at their source and ensuring the safety of delivery. At the same time, the introduction of security-screening techniques such as X-ray machines is imperative.
